Patients Comments

Just wanted to send an email and thank you. The medication combination has worked wonders in less than a month, it's the first time I've had clear skin in years. Even my rosacea has disappeared! Thanks once again!.

Thank you for offering such a wonderful service. It is extremely useful especially for expats like me where healthcare advice is questionable at best and malpractice at worse 🙂 Keep it up and spread the word and If I have time to make it up north I will definitely visit in person. Bye :).

I just wanted to say a huge thank you. I had a consultation in May and after one prescription my adult acne had more or less completely cleared up. My GP has added the items to my repeat prescription so I am able to continue with treatment. My skin is even better than before the acne had appeared and for the first time in years I am able to go without make up! I can't recommend this service enough, thanks for giving me my life back.

Thank you so much for your fantastic online service, you are a real genuine star . To find such a practical service online, is in my book exceptional. Once again, I thank you for taking time out to help me with my skin problem.

Frequently Asked Questions

Whats the difference between your online service and seeing my own doctor?

This service is consultant led, Dr Ashworth is a consultant Dermatologist. This type of remote service is called teledermatology. TeleDermatology is the ability to photograph skin problems and lesion and send the images securely to a Consultant Dermatologist to diagnose whether further treatment is necessary or not. Whilst GP’s are an essential service, most GP’s do not have an expertise in skin related problems and will often need to refer you to a skin specialist.
